• Attendance and Cancellation Policy

  All package deal lessons are prepaid, four lessons at a time. Dates must be determined at time of pre-payment. In order for a lesson to be excused and for a client not to be charged for it, clients must let the studio know that they will be missing an upcoming lesson at the time of prepayment. After this pre-payment, any cancelled lesson will be considered unexcused. Credits for unexcused absences will not be granted. In the event that Laura misses a lesson she will make up or refund the lesson. Due to an extremely full schedule, Laura is not always able to offer a make-up lesson.

• Cancellation Policy

  A strict twenty-four hour cancellation policy is in place, which is as follows: Lessons cancelled with 24 hours or less notice (lesson start-time): Full Charge.  Lessons cancelled with 48 hours or less notice (lesson start-time): $40 Cancellation Fee.  All lessons cancelled with twenty-four hours or less notice will be charged in full.  Due to high demand and studio costs, lessons cancelled with less than 48-hours notice will incur a $40 cancellation fee.

Pre-purchased package rates are NOT subject to change; any Pre-Paid Scheduled Teaching Session will not be subject to an increased rate change.
